The dashboard at a glance

When you log in you'll see all your events. Click one to open it and you get:

Selling sponsorships (your fundraising engine)

Sponsorships are how a charity event actually raises money. Your event comes pre-loaded with a proven ladder you can sell right away:

PackagePriceSponsor gets
Team Entry$500A team of four + all player benefits
Host a Hole$1,000Tent, team of four, logo on the app, a sign at their hole
Sponsor a Hole$500Logo displayed + one golfer entry
Custom Pin Flags$2,500Their logo on all 18 pin flags
Host the Hole-in-One$2,500Insured big-prize contest + marquee recognition

Share your public sign-up link and sponsors buy these themselves — the money lands in your account.

Inviting players & generating QR codes

1

Open your event → Groups

You'll see each foursome/group in your tournament.

2

Click "Get QR / link"

A QR code appears for that group. Print it on the cart sign or scorecard.

3

Players scan & score

One scan opens their scorecard — no app, no login. One person per group usually does the scoring.

Watching the money & the leaderboard

Your dashboard shows revenue update as sign-ups and sponsorships come in. On play day, open the clubhouse TV board link on any big screen — it updates live as groups post scores, and shows your leaderboard sponsor's logo.

💚 Optional give-back: Want your event to support a charity? Go to Settings → Give-back, switch it on, and pick the percentage and the cause. It's off by default — completely your choice.
